Why We Capture Face Data: To make it easy for you to access, organize, and relive your event photos without manual tagging or searching. It supports enhanced user experience during immersive event interactions.
Data Retention: Your face data is retained only as long as your Theia account remains active or until the app is deleted from your device. You may also request data deletion at any time. Once deleted, your face data is permanently erased from our systems.
No Other Usage: Your facial data is not used for behavioral tracking, advertising, or shared with third parties under any circumstances.
Secure Storage: All biometric data is encrypted and stored on secure servers compliant with industry standards. Only automated system processes may access this data for authorized functions.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
